The developer requested a density bonus of ± 277 dwelling units to allow a density of 400 du/ac where 200 du/ac is the max. allowed. Sections show 2 floors of office space on the second through fourth floor.

Ryan von Weller, managing director at Wendover, leads multifamily and residential development of Wendover’s properties throughout Florida.
This project annexed a 1.85-acre parcel located on S Ivy Lane in West Orange County. It is surrounded by other multifamily to the north, single family to the east and west, an office building to the south, and a church in Orange County to the east.
Combining two properties into one large plot of land with 84 units, this draft plan shows 86 open parking spaces. The layout of this plot is U-shaped with a double-loaded corridor.
